Club is a rich life of our extra-curricular activities. In some respects, it gives us a lot of change.Let us feel the another fun after learning. I joined the swimming club because I love swimming.I feel very happy because I learned many things from it .
The swimming club can improve my swimming, and I also learned a lot of swimming skills. For example: breaststroke, butterfly, freestyle, etc. It is verry funny. But I think the most important thing is that I learned how to do teamwork better and the know sports is very important for us.
To start, I am not good at how to swim. But our leader is divided into several groups, let us pay one-on-one. So I quickly learned the merits of other people and give up its own error. In this way, I have a very good partner. If we go swimming by ourselves, we only to consolidate to our own learning, we is not able to detect the existence of the shortcomings of our own. So I think learn that how to do teamwork is useful for our life.We also have many activities during swimming.We provide a starting point and end point, and then swims to the first game.We also pass for waterball, we were divided into two teams, and then grab for ball. I think this is very interesting, not only entertainment, but also exercise the level of our swimming. But only once a week, I think time is too short . In this way we will be easy for the next to unfamiliar. so that, I hope that our activities can be more.
At the past ,I do not pay attention to sports, but from the club, I realized that his campaign the importance of moving us. There is a saying that good: Life is Movement. If we do not regularly exercise, the body will be like to stop running like a broken machine.Therefore, the club also participated in swimming training of my body. Also, from the swimming club,I begin to like the sports.In the past, I always stay in my home and listen to the music after school. But now I can run around the playground,play badmintonand volleyball. I think it very wonderful for my life and help me solve some boring time.
My personal fitness goal is to at least 3 times a week training, I think it very helpful for us. And the benefits to GCA is have more swimming master, so that we can participate in sports activities for schools and our own with the consent of Honor. Sometimes we don not have enough to go so far to swim. So I will do some extra sprorts to make my body better. I love the swimming club .Gradually, It become one part of my life .It makes my life happy, make my body more healthy.
